The Exchange building in San Francisco, which houses Dropbox, holds the single largest lease for square footage in the history of the city at 736,000 sq. feet.

In a process that took 4 months, we were able to clean and restore its exterior walls that became damaged from calcium build-up and efflorescence.

Particular to this project, we also washed and pre-casted all of the exterior panels.

Along with restoring the building to its original condition, we removed graffiti on the lower levels of building and applied special anti-graffiti and rust removal coatings to protect its walls from future damage.
